One of the other interesting features is the line-up of all of the cars by color rather than by marque. Many of the participants were showing up late for this activity because of the threat of rain. There was also a Land Rover polo game set for the afternoon of which I am sure was quite a sight. Hopefully there were no crashes due to the slippery, muddy conditions though the rover owners love those muddy conditions.

It was approaching 11AM so it was time for us to make our 150-mile mad dash south to Albany to catch a plane. Of course the sun was working its way out at this point so I am sure the balance of the day was beautiful- it figures! And so the end to another year’s vacation. We are looking forward to doing the same next year.
