Kurt Welsch, Promotional Coordinator and our host from Jaguar, handed Jaguar baseball caps to each driver of all cars upon arrival which where showcased on the rolling lawn of the exclusive Palm Beach Polo Equestrian Club in Western Palm Beach County.
At the awards ceremony, Kurt presented Jaguar hard-bound books to the owners of all cars. He then had the pleasure of presenting dual first place awards to both Stafford Ward for his black 1973 E-Type and to Rafael Davila for his red 1954 XK120. By the way, both members drove their pristine examples from Dade County!
This event is without question the premier event of the season offering members a special day to remember. A special thanks goes to Rick Hill, Event Coordinator, for his organizing efforts resulting in a highly successful outing.
Mark your calendars now for next year being that Jaguar officially invited the South Florida Jaguar Club to return in 2001. The event will be held Sunday, March 11, 2001.
