Alpine Jaguar of Ft Lauderdale

The day was absolutely perfect like many winter days in South Florida... and yes we all had a thought for our Jaguar friends up North who were digging out form snow storms and blizzards.... A few high clouds and a beautiful blue sky and lots of sun. This was South Florida at its best --in season...

The music was superb as five different bands played a wide variety of jazz along the waterfront. The fun thing about this show is that we always have a large and interesting crowd to see our Jaguars. The City of Fort Lauderdale closed off 2nd Street to give our cars exclusive use of the area in front of the IMAX Museum.  Many of our members got to the site early to help with set up including Pascal Gademer who did a superb job in positioning all the cars to get the maximum effect --keeping vintages together and making the entire scene one that was very photgraphable. We were located in a great  location a few steps away lots of food and beverages.

We attracted a number of new members and some of our experienced members held Jaguar awareness clinics for visitor, opening bonnets, starting engines, and showing future Jag owners why we love these cars.

The list of cars follows --Thanks to everyone who attended. It was a wonderful Team effort, a very exciting way to kick off the New year! The city of Ft Lauderdale has already expressed interest in having us back next year...
